What happens if I lose a limb as a result of an accident?
If you are involved in an accident, we will provide you with compensation depending on the nature of your injury and if the injury has caused you to require medical of more than seven days consecutively. Your compensation will be paid as per the table of compensation in your policy and as per the sum insured.
Are all injuries covered under personal accident?
All injuries are covered under this policy, even death.

> Duly filled and signed claim form
> Medical Report/Medical Note
> Sick Leave Certificate (s)
> Death Certificate (In case of Death)
> Certified True copy of coroner’s/postmortem/autopsy report (In case Accidental Death)
> Proof of relationship between deceased and claimant (Affidavit)
> Statement from the Injured person
> Statement from Witnesses (Optional)
> Police Report/Road traffic accident report (If applicable)
> Pay Slip (s)
> Copy of Gainful Occupational Permit (GOP) for foreigners.
> Original final medical bills/receipts and Pharmaceutical receipts (In case Insured with Medical Expenses)
> Inpatient discharge summary (For Hospitalisation cases only and In case Insured for Medical Expenses)
> Invoice/Quotation for Cost of Repatriation of Mortal Remains (In case Insured for Repatriation of Mortal Remains as a result of Accidental Death)
