When can I make a claim?
If you have been recommended for overseas treatment by a certified doctor in Seychelles, you should notify us before you proceed on overseas treatment. You can submit your claim before or after your overseas treatment. If you submit your claim before, please submit all relevant invoices from the hospital as well as other documentations required by us. If you submit your claim after, please submit all relevant receipts as well as other documentations required by us.
How do I make a claim?
You should complete and submit a claims force along with all the relevant documentations at any of our offices or to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a timeframe for submitting a claim?
Refer to your policy book for the timeframe for submitting your claim.
How is payment made?
Payment will be submitted as per your preference. We usually make payments through a cheque or bank transfer.
What is excluded from my policy?
You should refer to your policy book for a detailed list of exclusions.
