SACOS Apartments
SACOS owns three apartment blocks, commonly known as ‘SACOS Apartments’ which it rents to individuals or families on an annual contract basis. The apartments are fully furnished/partly furnished and are available for short or long-term rent. These are:
SACOS Oceanview Apartments
Situated on the coast at Anse Etoile, SACOS Oceanview Apartments consist of four blocks of 78 fully furnished apartments of which 69 are one-bedroom apartments and 9 are two-bedroom apartments.

Situated on the coast at Anse Etoile, SACOS Oceanview Apartments consist of four blocks of 78 fully furnished apartments of which 69 are one-bedroom apartments and 9 are two-bedroom apartments.
Rents for the apartments are currently, as follows:
One bedroom – R 4000 per month, for Blocks A, B & C
One bedroom – R 4500 per month at Block E
Two bedroom – R 6000 per month
An additional block of 18 one-bedroom apartments, named Block F, is under construction and will be ready for renting out latest in December 2011. The new block would be of higher standard and more spacious and rent would be at R 4800 per month.
SACOS Sun Apartments
SACOS Sun Apartments consist of three blocks of 24 fully furnished one-bedroom apartments close to the Seychelles International Airport at Pointe Larue.

Rent for the apartments is currently at R 4500 per month.
SACOS Quinssy Apartments
The SACOS Quinssy Apartments, with a total of 28 one-bedroom apartments, located at Quincy Village, is less than 5 minutes’ drive to Victoria, the capital of Mahe. The apartments are partly furnished.
Rent at SACOS Quinssy Apartments is currently at R 4000 per month.
