SACOS HEALTHCARE INSURANCE
- Our ’Healthcare’ policy offers a very wide range of coverage and is geared to alleviate or shoulder completely the financial burden of a person who has to undergo a medical treatment or a surgical operation necessitating admission into a clinic. All hospitalisations have to be agreed beforehand by one of our panel of doctors.
- The expenses incurred during a hospitalisation are fully taken care of and include:
- Medical treatments
- Surgical interventions
- Deliveries
- Doctors’ fees
- Clinics’ fees
- We also extend our coverage to take charge of all additional expenses involved (including air fares, accommodation) when a patient has to travel abroad to another country for treatment.
- A funeral benefit is also available
- This insurance is offered to all citizens of Seychelles, all expatriates as well as their dependants. The 3 options available begin with the Silver Cover for a limit of EUR 25,000 per year, the Gold for a limit of EUR 50,000 and the Platinum for a Limit of EUR 100,000 per year
- Depending on the type of cover chosen by the policyholder, the premium varies from € 300 to € 1800 for inpatient care
The Healthcare Policy is subject to exclusions:

- Cosmetic Treatments.
- Terrorist Activities.
- Mental & Nervous disorder.
